Pediatrics

Those little ears are precious and you should protect them.  We have the tools to protect your child’s hearing from infant to young adult.

Earbuds and Headphones

As parents, we always worry about the volume of our children’s personal music players. Is it loud enough to damage their hearing and cause permanent noise-induced hearing loss?  Now you don’t have to worry. These KidzSafe earbuds and headphones have an invisible limiter built right in.  No matter how loud the volume on the player is turned up, these headphones won’t put out more than 85 dB, a level safe enough to listen to.

Volume Limiters

Are your kids already happy with the headphones they have?  You don’t want to rock the boat too much but you still want to protect them?  Try this handy attachment.  Plug this Ear Saver in between the personal music player and the headphones for an automatic limitation of the sound.

Hearing Protection

These earmuffs are great for concerts, races, shooting and other noisy activities.  They are lightweight and smaller in size, perfect for those tiny ears.

Little Swimmers

Does your child have chronic ear infections or prefer to keep water out of his/her ears?  We have two varieties of plugs to suit your needs.  Temporary uses such as bathing or showering are great for Doc’s Pro Plugs, pictured on the left.  They are semi-custom, requiring a fitting to chose the correct size.  Custom plugs, pictured on the right, are made just for your child’s ears and require an impression of the ears for production.  They are the perfect fit and protection for those active swimmers, jumping and playing in the water.  They are available in a variety of colors that can be swirled together and made of a material that floats if they are dropped in the water.  Because these plugs seal the ear so well, they can also be worn as hearing protection!
