Bloomington Office Walk-in Time
Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am
An audiologist will be available for patients who may have an immediate need for attention to their hearing aid. This time is set aside to handle minor and quickly solved problems (examples include a new battery door needs to be snapped on, tubing needs to be re-glued to an ear mold, a wax protection system seems to be full and needs changing, etc).

Problems that require more time (such as hooking up the aid to the computer and making setting changes) are much better handled by making an appointment with your audiologist.We ask our patients to recognize that there are days when this walk-in time is very busy and we may not be able to see everyone by 11:00. Please check with our front office staff when you arrive and they will give you an idea of how much of a waiting period there may be.

There is no difference in what you will be charged (if your aid is out of warranty) in terms of being seen during walk-in time and being seen for a scheduled appointment with your audiologist.

This office is located in the Sullivan Office Complex. Coming from surrounding areas, take exit 197 from I-55: Route 116. The Complex is located on the south side of the road approximately one mile east of I-55. .

The Pontiac office is open every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is staffed by Natalie McKee, Au.D. and Arica Rock, M.S. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the main office toll free 1(888) 442-4545.
