Patty Engel
Receptionist

Patty Engel is the front office patient receptionist. She schedules patient appointments, greets patients and assists them with “the paperwork part” of patient files. Her other duties include checking in new hearing aids and repaired instruments, making phone calls to patients to remind them of appointments and overseeing the practice’s daily Walk-In clinic each morning.

Patty joined the practice in the Spring of 2009 after a 35 year career in Customer Service. She enjoys the patient contact and her role in keeping the Audiology staff’s schedules running efficiently. Patty is a true professional and is dedicated to assuring that Bloomington-Normal Audiology’s patients receive the best service possible.
