Natalie M. McKee, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Natalie M. McKee earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL and a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. Her experiences include clinical settings in the Rockford area, Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, NE and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.
Dr. McKee chose the field of Audiology following the diagnosis of her own hearing loss. She feels that this personal experience allows her to better understand and assist the patients she sees. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and has special expertise in evaluating persons with dizziness/vestibular disorders.
Active participation in the community is important to Dr. McKee. This began with her experiences as an exchange student to Norway in 1995. Since then, she has remained in contact with her ‘adoptive’ family in Norway and active in the AFS International Program as a volunteer. She is also a member of the Bloomington-Normal Jaycees.
Dr. McKee is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and Illinois Academy of Audiology (ILAA), holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is licensed to practice Audiology by the State of Illinois. She remains active locally by representing the ILAA at the Illinois Junior Academy of Science State Science Fair as a specialty judge for those projects dealing with hearing science and sound.
Dr. McKee can be seen at our Bloomington office as well as our Pontiac office located at 110 E. Washington.
