Mellissa Stachurski
Insurance Specialist

Mellissa Stachurski is the practice’s insurance specialist. She also manages patient accounts, billing, prepares reports to referring physicians and oversees the documentation for BNA’s industrial hearing conservation clients. Under her leadership, billing procedures have been streamlined and a more advanced electronic claim submission has been implemented.

Mellissa joined the practice with considerable background in the medical field. Her initial responsibility was that of front office receptionist and she periodically “fills in” at the front desk when the need arises.

Mellissa enjoys assisting patients with both care and billing concerns and the practice regularly receives patients comments on the quality of her responses to them.
