Donna Sharkey has served as an integral part of Bloomington-Normal Audiology’s front office staff for over ten years.

She enjoys the challenges brought on by the dynamic nature of the office, which continually grow in the number of audiologists, off-site facilities, and patient outreach projects.

Along with other front office staff members, her duties involve scheduling appointments, greeting patients and reconciling their bills, phone contact, chart and schedule preparation and numerous office duties.

Her main responsibilities encompass all aspects of insurance, a task that keeps her busy.
