Receptionist, Pontiac Satellite Clinic

Deanne is the practice’s patient retention and growth specialist as well as the receptionist in our Pontiac Satellite office. She is our resident detail specialist, as she is responsible for answering any questions you may have about our office or services we provide.

You can find her in the office at the check-out desk finalizing patient’s appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments. Correspondence from our office is also managed by Deanne, including the reminder “tickler” cards for regular check-ups, battery club service, and any notices. In Pontiac, she provides customer service while managing the office and the audiologists’ schedules.

Deanne joined the office in June 2009 with 18 years of experience in customer service. She is very detail-oriented and has provided the office with an added level of systematic organization. She looks forward to meeting and working with all of the patients at Bloomington-Normal Audiology.
