Welcome

WelcomeBloomington-Normal Audiology’s offices in Bloomington have now grown to double its original size and an off-site clinic has been established in Pontiac to accommodate those patients residing north of Bloomington-Normal.

As the audiology staff grew we added new testing procedures and equipment that enables us to test newborn babies for hearing loss and provide specialized testing for inner ear dizziness disorders.

The staff at Bloomington-Normal Audiology focuses upon being service-oriented as a number one priority. They strive to take the extra time to answer questions, provide support and talks to educate community groups, stock informational brochures, and loan hearing assistance devices for demonstration.

Reports are promptly provided to all referring physicians and agencies. Bloomington-Normal Audiology’s office hours are designed to meet the busy schedule of it’s patients and includes Saturdays and early evening time slots.

Both the front office staff and the audiology staff regularly attend continuing education courses so that they can continue to offer “state of the art” hearing healthcare to Bloomington-Normal and surrounding areas. Three of the audiologists have earned Doctorates in Audiology (Au.D.) degrees while working at BNA.

The staff is particularly proud of the fact that many patients are now referred to Bloomington-Normal Audiology at the recommendation of another satisfied patient!
